REACH Ethiopia, in collaboration with the Oromia Regional Health Bureau, launched the USAID URBAN TB LON lI – SWIF TB Initiative. This initiative aims to strengthen TB prevention and control programs, improve patient access to care, accelerate case detection and treatment, and engage communities in the fight against TB.

The launch event, held at the Dire International Hotel in Adama, brought together key stakeholders including healthcare providers, government officials, community leaders, and other experts. Through insightful discussions and presentations, participants explored innovative strategies to address the challenges posed by TB.

By prioritizing patient-centered care, community engagement, and data-driven decision-making, this initiative is poised to make a substantial impact in reducing the burden of TB in Oromia. By working together, we can achieve a healthier future for all.
