Every year on March 24, the global community unites with a singular, unwavering mission: To End TB.At REACH Ethiopia, we aren’t just observing the day—we are taking bold, decisive action to save lives. Through the Urban TB LON II Project, we are transforming commitment into results by conducting intensive active case-finding across the nation. Our goal is simple: ensure that no one suffers from Tuberculosis in silence.

  • Community & Facility Screenings: Broad-spectrum testing to catch cases early.
  • High-Risk Hotspots: Targeted interventions in industrial parks and crowded urban centers.
  • Vulnerable Populations: Specialized outreach in prisons, elderly shelters, and feeding centers.

REACH Ethiopia grew out of a TB project that started in 2010. This project introduced an innovative community package that engaged health extension workers (HEWs) to increase TB case detection and treatment adherence.
