Turning Wait Time into a Lifesaving Lesson! ⏰

Health education is key to ending TB!

Through the U.S. Government-supported Urban TB LON II Project, our innovative strategy transforming waiting rooms into classrooms.

While clients wait for their digital X-ray screening & other services at the health facility, we are conducting structured TB education sessions. To support these sessions and accommodate to different learning styles, we provide a range of resources, including brochures, leaflets, and audio materials for the clients.

Why This Matters:

➡️ Awareness: Clients learn to TB symptoms and understand transmission.

➡️ Access: They grasp that TB treatment is free.

➡️ Adherence: They understand the crucial importance of follow-up care.

This proactive approach enhances early diagnosis and treatment, saving more lives and supporting the End TB strategy.

This activity is a collaborative effort involving the health facilities, volunteers and our facility- support team.

Together, Yes, we can End TB!
