Translating national health strategies into local action requires robust leadership, optimized resources, and proactive measures to bridge gaps in TB detection and treatment. Strong program management is vital to saving lives and achieving our ultimate goal: ending TB.
To strengthen these capacities on the front lines, REACH Ethiopia through the Urban TB LON II Project, in collaboration with the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau recently conducted a comprehensive 4-day TB program management training, successfully equipping 32 TB program leaders from across all Addis Ababa sub-cities with the essential skills and strategic knowledge needed to drive impactful change in their communities.
