Driving Impact through Data and Collaboration!

As part of our robust monitoring and evaluation framework, the Urban TB LON II project team is currently meeting in Bishoftu for our semi-annual performance review.

This session brings together staff from Addis Ababa, Sheger, Dire Dawa, and Harar to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our progress from September 2025 to February 2026. The meeting features technical presentations from each region focusing on:

  • Performance Assessment: Evaluating achievements against key indicators across all technical areas.
  • Challenge Management: Identifying project bottlenecks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Aligning upcoming activities, resource allocation, and long-term sustainability goals.

By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning, we ensure that every milestone brings us closer to ending TB. Together, we are turning data into action!
