Every single day, for TB-free communities!

Our Urban TB LON II Project team is consistently on the ground across high-burden communities in Oromia, Sidama, Central Ethiopia, South Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Sheger, Dire Dawa, and Harari.

We deliver targeted symptom screening paired with life-saving education on prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment—living our motto every step of the way:

“Patient-Centered Care, Community-Driven Solutions: Stopping TB at its root!”

What We Do:

  • Targeted Screening: Bringing active case-finding directly to the community.
  • Community Education: Empowering individuals with clear guidance on TB prevention, symptoms, and treatment completion.
  • Accessible Care: Bridging the gap between communities and local healthcare systems to ensure timely diagnosis.

REACH Ethiopia grew out of a TB project that started in 2010. This project introduced an innovative community package that engaged health extension workers (HEWs) to increase TB case detection and treatment adherence.
